Our thanks to Giana Pollero, author of Monster Doughnuts, for sharing both her time and her talents. Our children were hugely inspired by her stories.  A big thank you to Mrs Coles for organising this for the pupils.

We were treated to two performances this week and the children were wondrous!  There were really amazing performances from all the children, and it was clear to see how much they enjoyed themselves.

Thank you to all the adults for helping to put this show on: Miss Feast, Miss Young, Mrs Barcroft, Mrs Simpson, Miss Hill, Mrs Clarke and Mrs Knight.

All the children in the school have been busy creating a wonderful display made up of poppies and have been remembering and learning about Remembrance Day.   Every child in the school has decorated or made a poppy and the final piece is truly eye-catching.

It was lovely to meet Jon from the Salvation Army who came along this morning, with his colleague Arthur, to collect the boxes.   The Salvation Army are currently helping over 50 families a week and are very grateful for the donations that we have given them.
